There's fast service in being seated because it's not as populous as the other branch (CDC). However, its being better stops there.

Meat (quality & quantity) isn't as fascinating as advertised. Kimchi tastes bland (good thing their kimchi rice isn't like so). Potato marble sauce tastes sour and the consistency is too thin. Their fish cake serving is too small.

Our table had mosquito flies which I'd think are regular because the staff wasn't surprised when prompted of this. I had to ask for a remedy (such as a fan); the staff provided two small candles which isn't bad as this may be the next best thing they have at the moment.

The main off-putting (disappointing, tbh) thing is their rude and unapproachable staff. It's not even a busy branch, yet their attitude screams like it's been a long day for them. Why do they need to make loud noises when serving? (Clacking two silverware whether cup of bowl or glasses?) The clean up is too noisy too. When a customer asks for something, it's as if it's such a tall ask for them to comply. It is an unlimited food restaurant. It's expected for customers to ask for a lot of things that they service anyway.

I could be graceful and not leave a review anymore, but I'd like for their manager/owner to know this so they could improve. I hope they could reorient their personnel on the proper etiquette as service staff. It's just as important to have delicious food as pleasant company and the staff are part of such experience.

If you like Korean food (unlimited samgyupsal with different meats), just go to their other branch at CDC (although you may need to be patient for the line) or to a different high quality food and...

Just like the other review I've read, we experienced terrible service from the staff as well.

We went there last Monday afternoon (around 1pm) and we were given seats immediately since it's not busy. They took our order and it took so long before they serve it (Most of them are just gossiping in one corner of the resto). Also, none of the staff greeted us good afternoon or whatsoever, and they are serving everything as if they're mad (annoyed face and nagdadabog while putting the side dishes and utensils on the table). We also advised one of the female staff not to give us chicken meat anymore since it's doesn't taste good but she still serve us a plate of chicken meat and when we ask the other staff to return it since we didn't order it, it's uncooked, just fresh chicken meat on the plate, he told us that we need to eat and finish it to avoid paying for leftovers. Why should we eat something that we didn't order and pay for leftover fee if we didn't eat it? My hubby is already so annoyed as well and he didn't wanna argue anymore since we're tired and hungry so we just decided to cook and eat it.

Their cheese is sumptuous but the meat that they serve are just average. Side dishes on the other hand taste nice as well except for the kimchi.

We left full but annoyed and very unsatisfied with how the staff treated us.

We'll try their other brach next time since the customer service of this branch in Infinity really sucks. Hope they can train their staff to be better in treating customers and improve their service to save...

Staff are not friendly / accommodating. Kahit press mo ung button to call staff no one will approach you kahit konti plang ung customers.

Management 1/10 They tried to charge us for left over side dish na wala kaming pina refil kahit isa. My sister is not eating kimchi and ako ung cucumber so we didn’t touch it. And it was all first serve. I asked if magkano ung charge to end the discussion they said it 600 per head so it will cost us Php1200. 🥹 Grabe complimentary lang nga ung side dishes sa iba and what if yung first serve is so heavy for us un lang capacity namin? And what if ung customer is allergy dun sa sinerve will they just push us to eat those?

I asked my other friends and SAME SCENARIO. NEVER AGAIN.
