poor customer service, poor handling of complaints.. i ordered a bucket of 8 pcs chixn, the cashier told me it will take 20 minutes for the order and I said ok. I can see the cook cooking some chicken after 10 minutes he put it on a tray, alot of people ordered chicken after I did. And the worst part, they were served all the chickens and there was none left on the tray. So I did followed up and complain that the people who ordered AFTER ME was served first. The cashier who took my order murmured loudly while keeping her back to me saying "I told you its 20 minutes".

How rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO ADDRESS a customer complaint.

So I waited for 20minutes. When 20 minutes is up, my order hasn't arrived.I demanded for my order as that was what I've been promised. Everyone including the supervisor went to the back kitchen to look at the chicken and waited for the chicken to cook.

I was disappointed !NOT ONE OF THEM appease me and face me in handling my complaint. They just ignored me and keep silent. What a good customer service you got and you don't deserve to be recognized as at par with the other...

Decided to eat breakfast here after finishing my run for the Santé Barley TRA CDO Leg 2 last May 4, 2025 since this was the only restaurant I saw that was open at the time (SM City CDO Uptown was still closed). I was greeted by the lady guard who was all smiles at me when I confirmed if the store was already open.

The dining area is clean (probably because it had just opened) and the breakfast hotdog I ordered was great. Waiting time, however, was a bit long compared to other Jollibee stores I’ve tried and considering that there were not much customers at the time. This was not a deal breaker for me though since I took that time to rest my legs after that long run.

Thank you for the good experience. Looking forward to eat at this store again if I visit CDO...

Poor customer service. Waited for 10-15min for overcooked chewy pasta. Manager contested about complaint, said what is my basis. Been eating spaghetti forever. Did not even apologize. Even got the wrong chicken part. Disgusting experience and...
