Staff are not friendly!!! Maiinit ang ulo ng tao dito!
Worst Landers store experience ever. The staff are not friendly at all—and yes, I’m repeating that because it really needs to be emphasized. You walk in expecting at least basic courtesy, but nope, you’re met with cold stares and zero assistance.
The store itself was hot and uncomfortable. And don’t even get me started on the suuuuper long lines. We ended up just abandoning our cart because who has 3 hours to wait just to buy a few items? To make it worse, they don’t even have a dedicated counter for 10 items or less. One staff member even told us that even if you’re buying just ONE item, you still have to fall in line with everyone else—no exceptions, no solutions offered.
I’ve said it already but let me say it again: the staff are not friendly. If you’re looking for a better experience, I suggest finding a different Landers branch—or just go to S&R. The lines there aren’t nearly as bad, and at least you feel like a...
Read moreI recently visited Landers Vermosa Imus and overall, it was a good experience with a few areas that can be improved.
Positives: The place is very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the spacious layout — it doesn’t feel cramped even when there are many shoppers. One of the highlights for me was the discounts on meat products; they offer good deals that make shopping more worth it. The food area is also a plus — I loved their pizza and spinach lasagna, definitely worth trying!
Negatives: However, it was quite warm inside during my visit, which made the shopping experience a bit uncomfortable. The counter service was also on the slower side, and you could sense that some of the staff were not too willing or happy to assist, which affected the overall customer service vibe.
Overall, Landers Vermosa Imus offers great products and food, but a few improvements in air conditioning and staff service would make the experience...
Read moreBetter than a 3 but short of a 4.
Parking is interesting not only to access but also insufficient and the nearby Mall is not yet in full operation..
A Lamders is a Lamders - although this one seems to have a larger retail space than Alabang.
It as a wide range of stock and yet also seems to not have certain lines which another similar provider might have so yes you have to join both.
The food which is offered in its store is not as good a quality as per its competition. Pizzas more expensive, burgers smaller, pasta disappointing (small and not as good). Coffee, Cakes and Ice cream are reasonable.
The setting of the coffee shop etc is a better setting than the Alabang operation.
WOULD I RECOMMEND? YES give it a go
WILL I RETURN? POSSIBLY sometime...
