This was my second time ordering from this branch, and I have to say, the frontliner was a lot more welcoming this time around.
We decided to go all out with a box of donuts, an iced Americano, and a mocha espresso frappe. Now, about that frappe… At first, it tasted mostly like ice. So, I politely asked the barista for some sweetener, but instead, he suggested adding extra mocha. And guess what? It turned into the perfect blend, rich and just the right amount of sweet. Oh, and the iced Americano? Absolutely refreshing—seriously, give it a try!
The only downside was the noise level when dining in. A group was playing games behind us, making it tough to hear each other, but luckily, the store played some music that eased the vibe a bit.
All in all, we enjoyed our visit. With delicious coffee and donuts, we’ll definitely be back if we get the chance! 😊

We placed our order at 5:40 PM, a seemingly simple request, only to receive it at 6:10 PM – a 30-minute wait. This was made even worse by the fact that we were then told there were no more complimentary donuts, the very reason my children were excited to go to J.CO in the first place.
The lack of communication was appalling. Had we known beforehand that the glazed donuts were unavailable, we wouldn't have ordered anything at all. After being told to wait a mere 10 minutes for our donuts, we waited a full 20 minutes with no sign of our order.
