J.Co Donuts and Coffee — Restaurant in Imus

This was my second time ordering from this branch, and I have to say, the frontliner was a lot more welcoming this time around.

We decided to go all out with a box of donuts, an iced Americano, and a mocha espresso frappe. Now, about that frappe… At first, it tasted mostly like ice. So, I politely asked the barista for some sweetener, but instead, he suggested adding extra mocha. And guess what? It turned into the perfect blend, rich and just the right amount of sweet. Oh, and the iced Americano? Absolutely refreshing—seriously, give it a try!

The only downside was the noise level when dining in. A group was playing games behind us, making it tough to hear each other, but luckily, the store played some music that eased the vibe a bit.

All in all, we enjoyed our visit. With delicious coffee and donuts, we’ll definitely be back if we get the chance! 😊

My family's recent visit to J.CO Vermosa turned out to be incredibly frustrating. We placed our order at 5:40 PM, a seemingly simple request, only to receive it at 6:10 PM – a 30-minute wait. This was made even worse by the fact that we were then told there were no more complimentary donuts, the very reason my children were excited to go to J.CO in the first place.

The lack of communication was appalling. Had we known beforehand that the glazed donuts were unavailable, we wouldn't have ordered anything at all. After being told to wait a mere 10 minutes for our donuts, we waited a full 20 minutes with no sign of our order.

The whole experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering my children's anticipation for their favorite...

My very first experience of discrimination. Just because i was wearing a jogger and t shirt carrying my 6 month old grandkid looking haggard because of the weather from outside...i was judged! Do i look penniless than those wearing good clothes and shoulder bag...waaawhh.. I am on the line first and still looking for what to order and yet you asked the one next to me. We almost ordered at the same time when the salesperson ask what to order and yet she ignored me and cater the one next to me....ahhh so frustrating!!! Very Filipino. My son told me that maybe she was not a graduate of hospitality management bec where he graduated they were taught to cater the one wearing slippers first bec they might be carrying more bucks than those...
