Read moreI have reviewed this branch and like I mentioned, will still return as we jog in vermosa daily since we reside near. Afterwhich we have our coffee via dine in or drive thru - daily! In my previous and forgotten where I placed the review, I shared how different (in a negative way) the cashiers and culture of this branch vs the others. I am not critical but since this is the avenue to do this, let's. Today's wonderful treatment: breakfast - place was not busy but after getting 2 pairs of cutleries for our 3 pastries, we asked for a 3rd. Was advised that they no longer have the stainless steels or silverware as we call it and was given plastics. I mean.... not busy. How can they ran out? If they just consistently gave the plastics, that would have been better. Why all of a sudden, you make the customer feel less? Pushed the door expecting a guard or a greeting since it was indeed a gloomy day but SB Vermosa, be glad you even have frequenters. Guard was sitting and just brushed us off when we went in. This time, a petite cashier was friendly enough to accomodate. This is daily. If I have time, I will share more of this wonderful experience in this branch. After the planner, I still em grabbin'...

As for customer service, it's just the same as with any branch I've been to.
Restroom uses access code, so, if you're just in to pee, better try McDonald's instead, which is just beside Starbucks.
Parking was easy, even on a Friday night. Weekdays would probably be very spacious.
Note: if you plan on working here, network signal (globe 4G+) is not very strong at 2 bars. Download speed is around 4 Mbps and upload speed is...
