To write a fair review, I had to visit this place three times. The first time, it was in the eye of the storm so it was understandable that they were almost closing when we got there. We tried their fusion type ramen, and yikes. I normally am adventurous when it comes to food, but the truffle ramen left me feeling confused. And I like truffles! On our third visit, we tried their rolls. They were falling apart, doesn't matter if you're using chopsticks or your hand. But there is one dish that did stand out, and we ordered this on our second and third visit. The soba salad with edamame. So refreshing! Other than that, we kind of find the prices outrageous, considering the mediocrity of the dishes. Staff are attentive enough, even when we dined al fresco on our third visit, so that's still a plus.

Missed their ebi tempura snd spicy salmon sashimi in Poblacion and what a nice surprise to find a branch of theirs in Vermosa. They have a huge dining area and an alfresco section too (facing the park). I liked the miso soup and tonkatsu (even though it looked thin and pale) and its teriyaki sauce. For the baked oyster, should’ve told them that I’m not a fan of mayo. My friend ordered the steak donburi (if I’m not mistaken) and she found it a bit lacking in taste / seasoning. Good thing the steak sauce was to her liking. The servers were cheerful and courteous. They have a restroom as well. You could sit at the bar and have cocktails if you prefer. My only wish is hopefully they could serve house tea (if that’s not too much to ask). Overall, it was great dining experience here!

We recently visited ebi10 Vermosa. The place looks clean and nicely designed, and the vibe is relaxing. My sisters ordered the katsudon, chicken katsudon, and gyudon—according to them, everything tasted really good, especially the gyudon. I had the curry katsudon, and for me, the taste was just okay. Not bad, but not something I’d personally come back for. Service was fine and the staff were polite, but overall, we felt the food was a bit too expensive for the experience. It’s worth trying at least once if you’re curious, but don’t expect it to fully match the price tag. Would I go back? Maybe, but probably only for special cravings or if someone else really wanted to try it.
