La VeryOl's Kawa Spa — Local services in Tagaytay

The location itself was really mesmerising and relaxing with all the open green scenery around their area. The manager was kind to answer all our questions when we were inquiring. Although I'm giving them 3 stars, with the reception as we didn't felt welcomed when we reached the place, lacks hospitality and customer service practices. Started off with Kawa Bath, one of the staff initiated to take our photos to keep the memories of the experience, but we have to be mindful of the time and time ourselves when we need to proceed to the massage area, it would have been better if some staff would let us know when we need to go. During our massage, the therapist is the one to offer us to try their reflexology. Some therapist have truly given us what a reflexology and Swedish massage is, but the others weren't, makes it lacks consistency. Just take note to bring your own towel and toiletries as it is an additional charge if you'd like to get one from...

It was just okay and was relaxing.. The one who accomodated us (forgot his name) was very kind and hospitable. He is shy but is trying to be sociable. Hehe How I wish that I could've gone here with my son but since it is still COVID season, they're not allowing children or senior citizens and even pregnant women. My son would've loved the water.

We took the kawa bath with milk bath. The milk will be given to you in a large bottle, it is kind of cold, you can immerse the bottle in the hot water so that if you'll pour it to your skin it won't be that cold. Lol It was a pleasant experience, the place is not full when we visited but we can't see the Taal lake view bec. the area which has the view is currently under renovation.

I wouldn't recommend the overnight stay tho, the mini nipa room seems to be very small. We stayed at a different place and had other places to tour...

The kawa bath is good with a nice view and friendly staff. Price is reasonable. They reply fast on Facebook. It was easy to book. There are a lot of staff assisting the customers.

The full body massage though is not that good. The massage itself is okay but we are lying next to about 10 customers in a very small room (only less than a meter apart from each other boys and girls) so we are hearing everybody else. Plus the therapists talk a lot and ask so many questions (even personal ones) which is unethical and made the spa experience uncomfortable, taking away the peace that you wish to have...
