I got bothered till I went home last night.

So i ordered an ala-carte for 89 (if with drinks 109) And saw a huge sign that says add 50 for kangkong

I purchase that and paid and saw the bill at 159.

Then I asked why is the price the same if i ordered with drinks (109+50)

Apparently if you ordered ala-carte. kangkong price increase from 50 to 70.

My fault: i did not check the price breakdown before paying Their fault: i was not informed, and sign didn’t even say that.

I got so bothered because I paid the same price but without a drink. They could’ve at least warned me. I got ripped off.

Clean, food is at par with other brands/franchize. Ate here 3 times. On my fourth visit, I was very tired and waited inside. There were 3 tables occupied, and I was still approached and asked when do I plan to order. Then it rained, and I had no choice but to wait outside as the manager might ask me again. honestly food is average, my main concern is the way the employees take order, are they not trained to inform guests when there are additional charges? I am a regular here and it bothers me that they offer or ask for your drinks and also rice but won't tell you when there are additional charges.
