My niece had her birthday party here. It's a bit pricey for me (not for her mother who could afford it)since the food is just their normal 1 piece chicken with rice, pasta, small fries, drink and sundae, and their usual program of parlor games dancing with the mascot which you have to pay some extra if he over shoot his time allowance of I think 30 minutes. What I don't like is that with their hefty price you couldn't choose the color of the balloons to your liking and you couldn't bring a cake! Well you can bring a cake, but you cannot eat it there, you can just use it as a back drop for your pictures. Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience

We ordered just three items, yet the crew repeatedly got the order wrong—mixing up sizes and even items. As we were about to leave, an employee ran toward us claiming the transaction wasn’t complete and said we were short on payment. We asked how much and offered to pay on the spot, but instead, she insisted we re-enter the drive-thru—despite being the one who took and rang up the order, and not even knowing how much was missing.

My order was extremely delayed — I waited for almost an hour before I received it. I followed up many times to Crew ANGELA! She said my order was in the line already. So I've awaited for another couple of minutes then I follow up again but they don't mind me already! I'm so upset with my last follow up because I found out that it still not assembled at that time!!
