Access to the food court is only allowed if you don't have a shopping cart. So much business is lost due to this as so many shoppers would like to sit down and eat after they shop. Additionally, access to the food court only on one side of the building.

The building is located on a high point in Oerais but still fail to utilise the view that they have and box themselves in like a casino, with no natural light except for a section of the food court. Which has an outdoor area, but only if you are a smoker can you actually go outside and enjoy the view. Related to smoking. It seems that at the front walking entrance, everyone who is a smoker stands directly at the door and puffs away, disregarding the health to anyone, including babies and children. Additionally, apparently, it is also okay to smoke in the underground parking as if smoke doesn't effect non smokers.

At the front bus terminal . There isn't adequate space for pick up and drop off for normal cars. And if you have a trolley , you can't take it past the lift as the security stops you. So if you are elderly / pregnant or not able to carry the bags to the uber etc. You have to leave you trolly and walk +- 50 metres with your bags.

As for a variety of shops, if Contenente was not there, the building would be completely useless. You have to drive to either Lisbon or Cascais for other necessities.

Contenente itself is a great shop , but again falls short by having an eating area/food area and not providing customers with a toilet. So again, customers are left to drop all their items and walk out the contenente to the middle of the mall to go to the toilet. Again , for parents with babies or kids. It makes the shopping experience less than desirable.

If you had a trolly and needed to go to the movies to pick up your kids or just want to eat something at the food court, you can't as trolleys aren't allowed. Just think the entire mall...

Great shopping center with many "big" and famous stores. Sadly because of the virus most clothing shops close at 3:30 pm and only food stores remain open (but that doesn't depend from them). The food court isn't huge but still features a lot of choice. Again, because of the virus only vaccinated people or people with a negative test can sit and eat at the tables.
