I come here often and I always had a great experience, food and service wise. During the week, the team is efficient and the service runs smooth. There is a waitress (short, with short hair) that is super efficient and helpful. But today (Saturday, May 4th) has been a complete disaster at lunch time. Clearly understaffed and some one of the guys doing absolutely nothing (Joao, a guy with mustache) and a girl wearing braids. The other waitress (young black lady with glasses) could not manage everything on her own and they let all the work to her while the other two were doing nothing. She was clearly new and nobody to help her or support her. 20 people waiting to pay, another 10 waiting to place their order, everyone waiting for 20 min and complaining and this lazy guy inside the kitchen pretending to be busy. People like him ruins every business and stress their colleagues to the maximum. Shame on him, no respect for the people they work with and no work ethic whatsoever. I hope the manager reads this and fire this two lazy individuals, they do not deserve to be...

Já tinha ido ao restaurante uma vez, e tendo em conta que da última vez correu bem e fiquei satisfeito, decidi voltar com a minha namorada, sendo esta a última vez que lá fui. Experiência horrível desde o atendimento inicial por parte de uma senhora extremamente desinteressada e arrogante, que mais parecia que estava a fazer-nos um favor do que a cumprir com um serviço pago, não sendo nada simpática. No momento em que fomos chamados para buscar a comida, notamos que os tabuleiros tinham sido entregues a outra família, e que entretanto os foram devolver, sendo que por normas óbvias de higiene, não poderiam servir-nos um prato que passou por outras mãos sem ao menos informar e perguntar se havia problema, mas além de não perguntar e fingir que nada se tinha passado, e sendo que nós ainda assim agradecemos pela refeição, a funcionária nem um bom apetite, virou costas e seguiu. Os hambúrgueres são extremamente pequenos para o preço, e o pão de baixo é extremamente ensopado, no entanto o sabor é bom. As batatas doces boas e o molho muito bom.
