Gorgeous station, with great views from the top floor. Has amenities like bus right at the door, a small cafe, ATM and indoor parking.

Unbelievably convenient if you are a travelling fan and here to see a game at the stadium. The metro system has a contactless system with no physical barriers, and the stadium couldn't be closer to the stadium, so it's absolutely no hassle to get here on time for kick off. Mind you, there are tighter checks on match days so don't forget to buy and validate the metro card.

There's also a shopping centre nearby with a very decent food court if you're hungry...

Porto’s Metro is beautiful, clean, and so easy to navigate. Yes, be sure to have one ticket per rider. But all the stops were clean, airy, and had good/clear signage. The calming music was a very nice touch! I’d highly recommend using the metro to get around Porto (helpful that the Alameda Shopping center has free underground parking).
