Excellent prices, private area for exchange, very convenient Exchanged USD to rubel with a price of 87.5 rubels for dollar. Price on google search was 87.64 so i guess this would be the best rate you will get in the city. Maximum amount they allowed me to exchange was 3000 USD.

Excellent prices, private area for exchange, very convenient Exchanged USD to rubel with a price of 87.5 rubels for dollar. Price on google search was 87.64 so i guess this would be the best rate you will get in the city. Maximum amount they allowed me to exchange was 3000 USD.

Good exchange rate. I think we got 64 RUB per USD with the exchange rate running at 65.5.

However faced a little difficulty on figuring out the place. As soon as you enter Grand Palace it is on the right hand side. Small brown door next to the revolving door entrance. So basically you do not need to enter the shopping area of...
