Not suitable for tourists. Be careful if you are a tourist and if you do not understand Russian. My experience was negative and very unpleasant. When we saw the menu, we liked their dishes diversity. All dishes are in English and have a photo, so you can know exactly what you are ordering. The opposite happens with drinks, in particular with water, which does not specify the type of water. I ordered a bottle of mineral water and, to my surprise, they put the most expensive water (10 euros) without asking me. When I went to claim that they had given me the most expensive water without advising me, the person in charge did not speak almost English. They didn't care about my explication, because they assumed that I should know the type of water. The manager could only say that they were a restaurant (justifying so they chose the most expensive bottle for convenience). The worst in this situation was the laughs and the comments that both made in Russian in front of me. The arrogant and rudeless attitude were unacceptable.

Mi experiencia fue negativa y muy desagradable. Acudimos por su diversidad de platos. Todos los platos están en inglés y tienen una fotografía, por lo que sabes exactamente lo que está pidiendo. Al contrario ocurre con las bebidas, en concreto con el agua, que no especifica el tipo de agua. Pedí una botella de agua mineral y para mi sorpresa en la cuenta, me pusieron el agua más cara (10 euros) sin preguntarme. Cuando fui a reclamarles que me habían puesto el agua más cara sin avisarme, la responsable no hablaba casi inglés. Les dio igual mi explicación, ya que daban por hecho que yo debía de conocer el tipo de agua. La responsable sólo alcanzó a decir que ellos eran un restaurante (justificando así que ellos eligieran la botella más cara por conveniencia). This place was beyond amazing! They had a live singer and DJ who decided to stay two hours past his work shift, in order to continue entertaining us ( we were a large group of about a dozen Costa Ricans) . Праздновали новогодний корпоратив​ в данном заведении, очередь на гардероб была минут на 20. По численности - около 100 человек по 10 за каждым столом. На весь вечер на столах было всего по 2 бутылочки воды 0.5 л. и 2 литра морса, напитки закончились буквально через 1.5 часа, других напитков не приносили только за плату отдельную причем не маленькую. Самая большая претензия к ресторану​ -​ горячее так и не удалось попробовать, так как абсолютно всю еду со столов унесли в районе 11 вечера, гости сидели за пустыми столами еще часа 2, еду которую унесли никто из персонала не предложил упаковать с собой. На десерт принесли «Наполеон» (кстати вкусный был), но к нему не предполагалось ни чая ни кофе, давились в сухомятку. В зале было жутко жарко (зал 3 этажа).Персонал вроде нормальный, но без энтузиазма в общем. На первом этаже тоже кто-то праздновал корпоратив и весь репертуар музыки доносился до нас.
