Expat Salon — Local services in Tverskoy District

Such a wonderful find here in Moscow. I came to Expat Salon based on reviews I had seen online. I decided to jump the gun and get a Brazilian blow out (my first ever) since my curly, highlighted, dry hair needed some new life. I was immediately greeted at the door by Kate, the general manager. She took the time to sit with me and my wonderful stylist, Victoria, to make sure I understood the process and what my options were. Victoria was incredibly patient and kind. I have A LOT of hair, and very stubborn curls. She never made me feel bad for the amount of time it took. She also was very attentive, constantly asking me if heat settings/water pressure was okay. Great customer service! Very nice staff that made me coffee while I waited and I really felt cared for. Although my hair didnt react as expected on a keratin treatment (apparently very resilient curls) so my hair was not completely straight, but the salon general manager contacted the manufacturer and answered me fast and was very nice, offered to do another treatment immediately and I was very happy! I had a great experience today at the Expat Salon, I cannot fault the service. I felt so welcome and it was lovely to speak English with them too. I can honestly say I had one of the best haircuts I ever had plus great styling. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, again one of the best tints and shaping I’ve had.
