We were very lucky to see a powerful performance by an ensemble that came from Siberia to Moscow. We were delighted! Photos and video are attached. And the hall where this miracle took place is quite nice

The Mikhail Semyonovich Godenko Dance Ensemble of Siberia is a famous professional ensemble founded in 1960 in Krasnoyarsk. Its founder, Mikhail Godenko, was an outstanding choreographer. В самом зале Чайковского мы еще не были, но отзыв об организации, занимающейся продажей туда билетов lastic, я оставлю. Мы купили билеты на "Фантазию" в главный зал на 22.11 а 14.00. Купили три билета в амфитеатр два рядом (мне и дочери), на одном ряду, а еще одно (для папы) на соседнем ряду, поскольку три рядом билеты не продаются в принципе. Но по посадке, хоть третий билет и был на другом ряду, по факту место было прямо перед нами, т.е. мы сидели рядом. Проходит время, вводят ограничения по карантину. Мне приходит смс," уведомляем вас, что в связи с ограничениями, мы переносим ваши билеты с 22.11 на 21.11, в партер. Без указания мест. Я пытаюсь дозвониться, менеджеры на телефоне, не могут мне помочь, отправляют писать на почту поддержки lastic. Я отпрвляю два письма с просьбой дать нам три места рядом, раз уж вы не согласовав с нами перенесли нас на другой день, ответа мне не приходит. Звонит менеджер позже, зачитывает, тоже самое про перенос, я прошу его учесть, что нам нужно три билета рядом, он обещает указать в заявке. На следующий день опять звонит менеджер, уже другой, с тем же самым. Я опять прошу указать, что мы хотели бы сидеть рядом. Опять обещания. Вечером на почту приходят билеты, два на 19 ряду в правой части зала. Один билет в 16 ряду в левой части зала. Пишу в 5(!) раз за три дня, что мы семья и хотели бы сидеть рядом, на что мне приходит ответ. "У вас были разные места, вот мы и дали вам разные ряды". Вот такая клиентоориентированность. После всего этого я бы вернула деньги, но почитав комментарии, людилюди, которые просили вернуть деньги из-за того, что их перенсли, не согласовав, получали отказ и предложение компенсации ваучера. Таким образом, я потратила кучу денег, вернуть её не смогу и вместо семейного похода, мы будем сидеть в разных концах зала. Спасибо большое за...
