Island Rock Co. — Local services in Upolu

Island Rock is a fun little store in Togafu'afu'a. I like their selections of sinks. They have toilets, showers, home appliances (fridges, stoves/ovens, washers, dryers), microwaves, water dispensers and even TVs. They also have the newer style AC wall units.

A young lady served us and she was very knowledgeable about their products and prices. She even knew when the new products were arriving which we came back a few hours later in the day and sure enough, their container was being unloaded.

She was well versed in prices also because none of the prices were listed but she was able to rattle it off the top of her head. Then she gave us a flyer which had the prices on it. Some of their prices were a little more than Le Well but overall, I like the selection and the competition this gives other...

Extremely poor customer services, Rude. I had a portable air that needed to be fixed. Took it in for service and they open handedly accepted it. Two and a half months later still havent been checked. Every time i call them or show up its the same old story. “Our workers are at a Job they will give us a report as soon as we get it from them.” Then lie that they would call back. This store would be a 1000 times better under new management. Very rude service ATM, i would 100% recommend people to stay away from it. If it were possible to give no star, it would be...
