Tanoa Samoa — Local services in Upolu

Bad place. They not aloud service dog in the store. We were looking for dresses for white Sunday. My daughter was almost crying because she couldn’t stay with her service dog in the store. The security guys was very intimidating with my daughter as they were scouting us out of the store. We try to talk and explain to the manager that the dog is a service dog and according to the Samoa law it is ok to have service dogs in store. But she told us that she is the one that make the law for her store, not the government. We have no choice and left the store. My daughter feels so humiliated that took a wild to convince her to get into others stores. So sorry for those ignorant people that do not accept disable people in their shop! Shame on you...

Good branded clothes, poor customer service. Shopped between Eveni and Tanoa today, I spent $1,200 between the two but got a better sevice at Eveni.

Service by Eveni was the best yet, we got greeted on arrival and a staff was right over to assist the moment we started browsing.

Out of the 5 women staff in Tanoa we interacted with, 1 stood out (Malo lava, unfortunatley didnt get her name to nominate her for best customer service) the rest assisted curtly we actually had to look around for help after a while in the store. A palangi who came after got served instantly (biggest Pacific Island joke yet).

Prices are the same between the two shops, Recommend Eveni Over Tanoa for better...

This is based off customer service. You need to put your female staff through customer service training or perhaps train them how to smile. There were 3 female workers standing around having a old good chat. I called out if they worked at the store and a young gentleman quickly came to assist whilst they continued gossiping. Between Myself my brother and sister we spent a total of $2* and expected your service to be as high quality as the clothing you sell!
