A lot of disrespect I received from the bagger , the bagger was blaming me and almost shouting that i should have not gone to the self check counter . He said that i told you don’t go there .

What happened is i went to the self check counter and the bagger told me go to the regular counter so i said politely no because i am in a hurry , so then i was surprised that the self check counters do not include the membership discount feature of which i was not told about , so i had to go back to the cashier counter , so the worker that reloaded my trolly with the merchandise started blaming me for not listening to him and almost shouting and making gestures with his hand .

I told one of the higher rank employees which was standing by me when that happened , i told him that what just happened is unacceptable and you ought to do something about it , he said and i quote “معليش" which to me was like , i am as unqualified as can be and there is nothing i can do.

Recently I was purchased tefal 5 min choper with 10 years guaranty but it's got off with in 2 days visited twice In Danube Jeddah but they refuse to provide the service and told us that they are not responsible for any material and item u will purchase from Danube they only do the sale and for service we need to visit respected brand.
