Title: Disappointing Experience at The Cheesecake Factory

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the recent experiences my family and I had at The Cheesecake Factory. We have been loyal customers for years, but the decline in service during our last two visits has left us disheartened.

On both occasions, we ordered our food at the same time. However, what followed was a baffling inconsistency in the delivery of our meals. Some individuals at our table received their food promptly and finished eating while others were left waiting for their orders. What added to the frustration was the fact that some of the delayed meals were identical to those served earlier. This lack of coordination in the kitchen was truly perplexing and impacted the overall dining experience for our group.

Another issue we encountered was the unavailability of wet napkins. When we requested them, we were informed that The Cheesecake Factory did not have any. This was quite surprising, as wet napkins are commonly provided in most restaurants for diners' convenience. Furthermore, when we asked for dry napkins, we were consistently given only one or two each time, despite there being seven individuals at our table, including three children. This scarcity of napkins demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer needs.

Additionally, the service we received lacked competency and professionalism. The staff appeared disorganized and overwhelmed, struggling to handle the demands of a busy restaurant (although the restaurant was not busy when we were there) . Their inability to ensure timely food delivery and provide adequate napkins reflected poorly on the overall management and training of the establishment. It was disheartening to see such a decline in the once-excellent service we had come to expect from The Cheesecake Factory.

Furthermore, one glaring issue that compounded our disappointment was the absence of a manager circulating the restaurant to ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction. A competent and attentive manager can often make a significant difference in addressing any issues that arise during a dining experience. This lack of managerial presence further contributed to the overall decline in the restaurant's ambiance and the level of customer care provided

As long-time patrons, we had always admired The Cheesecake Factory for its delicious food and pleasant ambiance. However, the recent experiences have left us questioning whether we will continue to frequent this establishment. We sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall dining experience for their customers.

My experience with The Cheesecake Factory was SO good. Their customer service and staff is better than any restaurant I’ve been to in Saudi. The waiters were so sweet and helpful, they were even playing around with my 3 year old sister which most restaurants here don’t do, they typically ignore her. I live in Canada and the customer service we have back there is really good because all the employees are trained well and when I went to The Cheesecake Factory in Jeddah I truly forgot that I was in Jeddah because it was just that great. Aside from the staff, let’s talk about the food. The food is also SO good and the portions are HUGE like you pay a lot yes, but it’s worth it because you do get a lot of things in your plate that are worth the price. For example, I ordered the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and it was PACKED with shrimp and most restaurants don’t do that since shrimp costs more than chicken but at The Cheesecake Factory you get exactly what you paid for. Other orders we got were fettuccine Alfredo, this other order with shrimp that I forget the name of but it’s under the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp on the menu, a kids pizza, kids sliders, a few Pina Coladas, and a Cinnabon cheesecake. The fettuccine Alfredo was supposed to come with chicken and shrimp and it only came with chicken so they apologized and got us the correct order right away (obviously free of charge). Oh one more thing! It was my birthday so they gave me a little sundae, put a candle in it, and wrote my name on the plate once again free of charge and they gathered all the waiters to sing for me which was also super sweet.

If you don’t mind paying a hundred riyals a plate and are looking for a restaurant with good food, good staff, big portions, and great cheesecake then this restaurant is for you and you’d enjoy it! However, if money is an issue then you won’t be satisfied because the prices are a bit high (we paid 594 Riyals) so, if you want to try it once then I suggest you just go for cheesecake which is about 43 riyals a slice. You could also go for a pina colada, but those are about 31...

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Cheese Cake Factory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The first thing that caught my eye was the extensive menu. There were so many options to choose from, ranging from traditional American dishes to local Saudi specialties. As a cheese lover, I was delighted to see a variety of cheese cakes on the menu, along with a wide selection of other desserts.

I started my meal with the avocado egg rolls and they were delicious. The combination of crispy egg rolls with creamy avocado filling was a perfect start to my dining experience. For my main course, I ordered the Cajun Jambalaya pasta and it did not disappoint. The portion size was generous and the flavors were spot on.

Aside from the delicious food, I was also impressed by the service. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food also came out in a timely manner, which was a plus.

One thing that stood out to me about the Cheese Cake Factory in Jeddah was the attention to detail in the decor. The restaurant had a modern yet cozy feel to it, with comfortable seating and beautiful lighting. It was also very clean and well-maintained.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Cheese Cake Factory in Jeddah. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting.
