In comparison to other theme parks and mazes in malls this is moderately maintained and its cleanliness level is better than others. The staff in the maze and reception are nice but need training in customer service. In addition, they're not involved whatsoever in the safety of children or assure rules are abided. The closed swings are more than other slides. I personally fear them and my kids too. The place has a variety of activity spaces which makes it a very good in-door space during bad weather. There's basketball and football mini fields but no balls. I'm not sure why they have a TV turned on cartoons etc. it makes it challenging for mums who take this their kids out of the house to move and play. And my daughter friend asked the cafiteria girl in her that she wants water and how much is it she said 4sr and my daughter asked why 4 sr for water the staff replied cause its zam zam water.. My daughter looked at the water and is was company: (nestle water ) and she read almost every thing and nothing was written zam zam So please stop lieing to kids and please don't do the water to expensive cause the kids are playing and they need water.

Read moreMy kids (ages 7 and 8) played in Tala Mall branch today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. One of them - my daughter - was hit by an older child (probably over 10 years old), and there was absolutely no response from the staff supervising the area.
Even worse, when my daughter asked one of the female supervisors for help and requested they call the parents, she was told “no.” I was lucky to be nearby and had not left them alone for long.
