I’m sorry this isn’t the correct branch but your branch in Granada Mall, Riyadh was by far the worst restaurant or even fast food joint I’ve ever tried. All the food was in refrigerated containers and was stone cold after it had been ‘reheated’. I have never seen a restaurant that sells microwaved chicken which tasted and was vile. Absolutely would not recommend. The Caesar salad was also disgusting and the lettuce was all yellow and worn out and there was barely any sauce and had chicken on top which was also microwaved. Food was very disappointing- poached eggs were overdone, despite asking for runny, served on a slab of thick, inedible brioche. Croissant was dry and tasteless.

Service was dreadful. Waitress was moody and kept forgetting to actually remove things from the table. Gentleman behind the counter was more interested being on his phone than serving me.

The atmosphere was like being a frat house - staff chatting amongst themselves and ignoring the customers. And then dragging tables around rather than serving customers.
