I had my hair cut with ( Zalina ) I chose her bcuz she’s expert as labeled in the salon website , and her price was higher than the other hairstylists in the salon. Initially, like all hairstylists, she should have checked the nature of my hair to determine if the style I requested was suitable, but she asked me to wash my hair first before examining it. When I explained exactly what I wanted and showed her pictures, she said okay but didn’t give her opinion, even though I asked her several times. In the end, she told me, "It's your hair, not my hair, dear!" !!! It was very rude to say to a customer..

After finishing the cut, I requested a blowout. Normally, all hairstylists should inform the blow-dry staff about the suitable technique for the haircut—whether to do it wavy or straight. However, she didn't care, and even when the blowout was done, she didn't bother to check if my hair needed any adjustments regarding the cut.

After the blowout, I called her over because the haircut wasn’t showing well, and she told me that the blowout needed to be wavy! How was I supposed to know that as a customer? She should have informed me or told her colleague who did the blowout!

Her attitude should have been better. She should oversee her work until I finish the blowout! If she is labeled as an expert, she should have an opinion and supervise her work until the end. I was very disappointed, even though I loved the salon and appreciated the reception staff. I hope you convey my feedback to her.

the place looks very nice and clean. However the work is very poor, I went with two friends to get out nails done here, and after exactly 16 hours all the nails in one of my hand started breaking. The other hand was fine, even though i knew after 3 days all the nails would be gone. I went back to the salon so they could do them again and they did, ( they told us you can get your nails done, only if they break before 3 days). If they break again after you do them (again) you need to pay. Point is not even a week after i got them done again they all started to break in half, my friend got her nails done too, and her fell off too after a week. The work was very poor, and they lasted as if we got press on nails done (it’s cheaper and lasts less time), i’ve gotten acrylics before, and they never lasted less than a month.

My other friend didn’t get extensions just gel nailpolish, the lady that did her nails wasnt nice, and the shellac she did was very bad for the price she paid for a gel manicure. The work was very poor, and they lasted as if we got press on nails done (it’s cheaper and lasts less time), i’ve gotten acrylics before, and they never lasted less than a month.

It’s sad that the work is poor, because the place is very nice and clean, the staff are nice, but...

Very unprofessional new receptionist, I asked for a simple hair cut a blow dry (brushing) for my 11 y/o kid, at first I paid 345 riyals which is beyond the set prices they have in their catalog, because they said the person who will cut her hair is an expert Russian! but if I go with a different hair cutter it will be 175 riyals , after agreeing on the non-Russian hair cutter and finishing my daughters hair, the manager passes by and suddenly the receptionist comes to me saying I must pay another 172 for the brushing(hair dry) which is suddenly not include, I told her but this is not what we agreed about and I paid already before we start! I asked her to call the manager but she refused saying she left the place, I ended up paying 347 riyals for a kids hair cut with the non-expert Russian as they say ,and a receptionist who couldn’t even apologize and admit it was her mistake, I am very disappointed, i strongly don’t recommend the place unless they change...
