I would like to share my experience of getting three services done; lash extensions, gel extensions on my hands and russian manicure, toe extensions and gelish on my feet.

It was my first time coming to this salon, i was late for my appointment 40 minutes therefore they only accepted i do my hands and not pedicure; which is understandable and i was late because i am new to the city and it was my first time around that area.

My nails were done by Thouraya, i enjoyed the conversation but she was really aggressive doing my nails and i was in pain all the time to an extent that the woman sitting next to me commented on it as well; i bled two times while she was getting my nails done. I commented that i was in pain she replied that its because i removed my previous ones unprofessionally but i know for a fact that it was because she was aggressive and truly in a hurry i dont understand why although a new set is two hours so no need to rush. My nails were super thin from the side, i informed her that they are before she applied the gelish but she replied “ no they are not, your nails are thin “

I came the next day to get my lashes and toes done. My toes were done by jojo (as i recall her name is) She applied acrylics on my toes although i expressed that i wanted gel and rubber but she denied saying it doesnt work. Kindly note that it is not my first time getting these services done in fact i am very experienced as i have been getting extensions for over 10 years now. I asked my feet be soaked in water and cuticles removed that way, again she denied it dont know why and cleaned them the russian way. My toes were so ugly, very thick, and very wide, very long as well. I expressed i didnt like the wideness and length.

Third service were my lash extensions. I approached the table the conversation was going between me and the technician “mimi”. I expressed that i dont like my toe nails thinking that maybe she could do something about it she replied with no they are okay. I moved on. While i was at the table and her working on my lashes i asked her where did she learn how to get lash extensions done in KSA or Lebanon; as she was lebanese; to which she replied to that she did not learn and it is just a hobby. Weird huh? To be working as a lash extensions artist in a beauty salon in Riyadh as a “hobby” and with no certification?????

I didnt like the services and i exactly paid almost 1600 SAR which is equivalent to 430$ to which i expect premium services but was met with absolutely none.

My lashes were falling out only two days later, my hands where a disaster my toes nail started to break. I was outside the city and when i got back only 6 days after getting the services done i messaged Thouraya the technician who did my nails, who is by the way also the salon manager!!! I expressed politely that i didnt like my nails, i sent pictures of everything and i did not mention that i need compensation or anything i was just stating that i didnt like them. To my shock she rudely sends a voice note telling me and i quote her exactly “your toe nails are long of course they will break you are wearing closed shoes, you hands i dont know what happened with you it is impossible for this to happen especially with me doing them, and about your lashes did you put make up or something that has oil or you slept wrong” Imagine? Slept wrong?!

Please note that again i have been getting my nails done for almost 10 years now and lashes for almost 3 years i know exactly what a bad service is and i know how to take care of them. Out of all this i didnt mind that i got a terrible service what i cared about the most is that when I expressed my unliking the salon’s manager answered like this and...

I recently had a keratin treatment done by Ms. Randa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. I have been going to this nail salon for a while and they changed the location but it’s still close and the new place is very chick the old one was also nice but this one way better recommend the staff are very friendly and welcoming I text the salon for a appointment and in no time they answer and help they also added hair which I haven’t tried out yet but the photos on instagram look amazing for the hair I might do something simple and they got a little pedicure chair for little girls the sweetest and the nail staff are very professional and the designs are very clean love this salon will be continuing getting my nails...
