This place is very overpriced for the toys provided. I have 3 kids and it is ridiculous to pay 450 sar for 2 hours of toys we ,basically, have at home! And all this after adjustment of the prices?!? Secondly, the shocking part, is that managment , so to say, IS RUDE AND NOT CARING , NOT FOLLOWING SAFETY MEASUREMENTS. Today a part of their wall , metal banner, fell in front of my car bumper 5 cm away! And imagine that !all the clients for Kids Station and Road Runner passing on thе pavement alongside of the glass windows, where it fell down. My children every single time stand there waitng, and I was just 10 min ago walking down there. And after the banner fell down, and thanks God, did not kill anyone, I DID NOT HEAR any apology. NO any measurements will be taken to provide safety. This place has been built in a huurry in 2 months. Doubt in it s safety and security!! Instead, the man , repsenting managment there was yelling at me MAFI CALAM, not to complain, while someone was about to be hurt, not to say- KILLED in this casuality. Please , people, be careful! On the picture between cars, banner which fell down from their wall and the place where...
Read moreUnsafe Experience for Kids
We visited this place last Friday night, and it was an alarming experience. The venue was overcrowded, and there weren't enough staff members to monitor the games. Several adults were running and playing on equipment designed for kids, creating a hazardous environment. Our 3-year-old got his foot stuck, and due to the chaos, we couldn't hear his cries. It took too long for assistance to arrive, and when we spoke to the supervisor, he mentioned being understaffed.
If you're understaffed, why allow full capacity? The supervisor's reference to their branch in Egypt and how there is no supervision there, is irrelevant, as we are in Saudi. The lack of proper supervision led to a potentially dangerous situation. Decreasing capacity to match available supervisors would enhance safety. We hope this review prompts necessary changes for the well-being of all children at the facility. I have attached photos of my child’s injured (bruised/scratched) leg unfortunately it was not...
Read moreAmazing indoor play area for kids. So many educational play stations to choose from. Some stations offer a more sensory experience (ball pit/kinetic sand), while others are geared toward cognitive development (Lego/Magnatiles and many more). I was truly impressed by the toys equipment and activities on offer. Everything was in good condition, and clean. Upstairs had soft play for toddlers and soft play for older kids as well as a trampoline area. I would say it was appropriate for ages 9mnths (crawling/assisted walking age) - 8/9years old. The prices were very reasonable for all that is on offer, 1hour might be enough for babies, but older children would need at least 2 hours. It had 3 seating areas for parents to sit, and a coffee bar selling hot and cold drinks, ice cream and popcorn. Overall it was a great experience. I highly...
