Pakistani Fruits and vegetables — Local services in Riyadh Region

I had a very disappointing experience at the Pakistani Fruits and Vegetables shop in the Al Wazarat area of Riyadh. The first issue is the unreasonably high prices – much higher than other local markets or even big supermarkets. For a small basket of basic vegetables, they charged almost double the normal rate. When I asked about the price difference, the shopkeeper was rude and gave no proper explanation.

On top of that, the quality of the fruits and vegetables was extremely poor. Many of the items looked old, dry, and bruised. I even found some rotten tomatoes and spoiled bananas being sold at full price. The leafy greens were wilted and clearly not fresh. I felt completely cheated.

The shop is also poorly maintained, with no proper hygiene standards. There were flies around and the shelves were dusty. It seems like they are just taking advantage of people from the Pakistani community who may not have many options nearby.

I had a very disappointing experience with this vegetable shop. they are misusing Pakistan Name. Mostly products are from locals and marked as coming from Pakistan. The prices are much higher than average, and the quality does not justify the cost. What’s worse is the deceptive packing practices.

They place good-looking fruits only on the top layer of the box, while the second layer is often either spoiled, of very poor quality, or filled with cardboard and extra paper to make the box look full. Greedy people. They don't even care for their regular customers. They can sell them rotten or bad quality fruits at extremely high price.
