Deewan Restaurant truly exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service and delicious food. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who exuded genuine friendliness and professionalism. Their respectful demeanor instantly made me feel valued as a customer.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The standout of my experience was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Nasir Ali. From the moment we were seated, Nasir was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring our dining experience was exceptional.

Nasir greeted us warmly and took the time to walk us through the menu, offering recommendations based on our preferences. His attention to detail was remarkable - he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whenever our water glasses were low, he was right there to refill them. When we had questions about the dishes, Nasir provided detailed and helpful explanations.

But Nasir's service wasn't just professional - it was also personable and friendly. He had a great rapport with us and the other diners, creating a convivial atmosphere in the dining room. We felt like valued guests, not just customers.

In addition to the fantastic service, the food itself was absolutely delicious. I had the grilled Chicken and also dhaaga kabab, which was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the accompanying sides. My dining companions were equally impressed with their meals.

I am quite disappointed and more so disheartened, because this restaurant started off really good and myself & my family really loved the food when the menu was small and it was quite focused.

Introduction of buffet (I have tried twice), there was extreme level of mismanagement, absence of waiters throughout (at lunch), absence of cutlery, grills which are supposed to be the star of any buffet remained ghost (at lunch and dinner) and I was aghast that Alo Gosht which I particularly like so much was cold on it’s serving dish in the buffet (at dinner).

Now I was writing this post waiting for breakfast. I hadn’t tasted the food yet, but if the wait time is going to be too long, waiters are going to be absent all the time, then it kills all my mood to enjoy the food even if it will be the best Halwa Puri one can possibly serve.

Guys, where are the waiters? At times, I cannot see even ONE.

I know the disappointing culture of Pakistani restaurants here in Riyadh because I am living here since 25 years and I know where we lack in terms of quality of service.

Let this restaurant not become another example.
