Today is my first time ever experience at this ayurvedic spa centre. I have been to few ayurvedic spa centres even in my own country but did not have such an experience. It was divine. After a thorough assessment, Dr Shimna suggested treatments I needed and asked if I would like to have it and after her explanation, I agreed, no pressure.
