I recently visited Paradise Flavor in Riyadh with friends, having heard much about their Mutton Biryani Our visit was before Isha prayer, and upon inquiring, we were confidently assured that the Biryani served would be fresh, not leftovers from lunchtime.
Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was promised The mutton biryani that arrived was noticeably cold, appearing as though it had been briefly microwaved for about a minute. The meat quantity was shockingly meager – only three small pieces for a 30 SR plate. Adding to the disappointment, a small plate of salad was provided, but we were informed it would cost extra. Before ordering, we were also promised extra rice if needed. However, when we requested plain white Biryani rice, we were told it wasn't available as the Biryani was already mixed and cold. They then asked for an additional 10 SR for the rice we originally expected to be provided.
The core issue wasn't the extra charges but the deceptive practice. We felt genuinely cheated, having been served cold, reheated lunch Biryani during dinner hours, despite their confident assurances of freshness.
As someone visiting Riyadh for just three days from Jeddah, this was a particularly disappointing culinary experience.
My advice to fellow diners: If you plan to visit Paradise Flavor for Biryani, it's best to go during lunchtime. If you find yourself there for dinner and are served Biryani that isn't piping hot and fresh, do not hesitate or feel shy to return it immediately. They certainly show no hesitation when it comes to cashing you out at the counter. Jazzak...

Read moreOne of my friend suggested to have idly, wada and other breakfast and said their chutney very good, but what I found is it was watery and I took 3 plate idly, 2 plate wada and 2 plate puri, with all this the chutney they gave was only one bowl and 2 bowl of sambar and there was no saag of puri, when I came home and opened, it surprised me, I couldn’t go back to hotel and inform them as I travelled all the way from Qurtobah. Later when I went and informed them, the thin guy sitting at cash counter said they don’t mishandle the order, at least he should have said mistake have been happen.
Taste of chutney was not the same what my friend bought earlier, idly was yellowish and Wada’s were not hot, it looked they heat wada in oven and packed it.
