I saw a sales lady nearby (with a scowl on her face š ) All the other sales staff were with customers, so apprehensively I approached her and inquired politely. The scowl on her face turned into a look of distain, and she abruptly told me that it was out of stock. She told me in the most condescending manner, looking at me up and down twice. I walked away and decided to ask another sales person. The next sales person upon hearing my query told me he would check. Unfortunately, he went and check with the same lady! She looked at me and turned to the salesman and exclaimed āNO MORE STOCKā and turned away. At this stage, I gave up and decided to browse the perfume section. About 10 minutes later, the salesman came walking briskly towards me with the bottle in his hands. IMAGINE MY DELIGHT! š He said he wanted to make sure so he went to the store room to check, and when he found it, he dashed out hoping he could still find me. Oh my! What awesome customer service! He made my day. LOTTE, it wouldāve been another bad review for the company if not for him. He certainly went the extra mile. I also want to mention that ALL the staff there were friendly and helpful with just one exception. I donāt know her name, but she looked in her 20ās, fair, slim and is Vietnamese. The staff were operating at a very slow speed. The Queue was long and three cashiers were tending to one customer whose payment failed. They stood idle while the customer settled the application for payment, causing the queue to stall. Only after 10 minutes have passed did one of them leave to open a new counter for payment. It was horribly unproductive and a waste of time.
The staff was unhelpful as well. Due to the situation mentioned above, we wanted to switch counter. But as we preferred to use cash payment, there were only selected counters we could queue at. There were no signs indicating cash payment and to make sure we were queuing at the right place, we enquired one of the sales associates. He gave a short and crude answer stating that we couldnāt queue at the next counter for payment and left. However, the other counter did accept cash payments. He failed to inform us on this and left us stuck in the same queue waiting.
Overall, just poor quality...
