Was searching for a reliable goldsmith in Singapore to restore my family vintage gold and jade heirloom to it's original color and fix the safety catch too. Called and asked about on the spot gold polishing service plus simple restoration work and a young man picked up my call and was very polite. This shop is located in Little India, among the shop houses along the main road. A goldsmith uncle around 70 plus years of age took a look at my bracelet and said my bracelet must be very old, 40-50 years. Spot on! He said that there's no need to spend money replacing the hook. He will fix it for me and to my delight he managed to polish it and restore it to its original color. Initially i was so disappointed when the young man said the color can't be restored! I am so happy! And it was just a small fee!! So yes, this is a reliable gold shop and good...

Even in their absence, their colleagues always step in seamlessly to continue where we left off — the service remains top-notch every single time.

Went around several shops in the area, finally stopped and bought from this shop. Competitive pricing. Got free gifts. Very courteous and professional service. Gives me confidence that they are trustworthy. Sales lady attitude is good, sees me as a returning customer next time, not one time off customer. I would go back again. Update: went back as a returning customer, and they remembered me, feels so welcomed and at home. Pricing is still competitive and lots of trendy designs which I cannot find in other shops along the street. Trustworthy shop. Keep it up. I’ll recommend my family and close friends.
