Enjoyed the Muay Thai class for beginners, they teach you the proper technique of throwing kicks etc. I must say that you need a good level of stamina to keep up with the class. The trainers will leave you huffing and puffing for sure! For fellow no gi practitioners, I'd recommend the class. Instructor was knowledgeable, patient and taught us counterattack moves as well which most JJ schools would teach separately. My only gripe is there's only 1 No Gi JJ class so far on Saturdays. Perhaps having 4 classes per week would be great if it's an MMA gym. I'm definitely looking forward to the opening of South bridge outlet and attending more JJ...
