Mileticova market is the central market place in Bratislava. There are a multitude of food stands everyday where all fruit and vegetables, along with klobasa sausages and other speciality meats can be purchased. There is a good flower market area also. Ringed around the edge of the market are other small restaurants and bars that serve a varying world cuisine, from Chinese, Vietnamese, local, and even some Czech food. In another corner of the market is the clothing area. These clothes stalls are all owned by industrious hard working Asians. The selection of clothing is great and varied. From shoes, socks, underwear, to jeans, jumpers, and suitcases. Everything can be found in this market for a reasonable price. In the summer months around lunchtime, this is the best place to be to enjoy the local market...

It's a place worth visiting, even if it's just for the special atmosphere. Just a piece of advice - make sure you've seen all there's to offer before buying anything as there can be quite significant differences in prices in...
