Don’t know who write all the nice comments🤷‍♀️ The other hot day, I just wanted to have a lemonade and ice cream for kids. I asked at the window, but they told me to go inside and wait, it was quite uneasy for me with the older baby and the stroller and bicycle, anyway we came in. There we waited for some time, chose the ice cream and I asked about the lemonade flavors. The young waitress was very rude to me and told that she has a lot of work to do and can’t list me the lemonades, while there was only one occupied table inside and about 3 outside. We took the ice cream and went away. Ice cream was really good, my older daughter asked me to go there again today, and we went again. But when I order through the window I again receive the rude answer from young waitress, telling that she already have the order and we have to wait, without any polite words like, excuse me, please, welcome and the rest… but again with rolling eyes… And we waited about 10-15 minutes while she was making coffee, there was one occupied table outside and about 5 waitress inside. I can’t understand why there is so bad behavior to me and my kids? Maybe we won’t look too fabulous playing in the sand at the playground nearby? But if we order and pay, we expect to receive some at least good service. I kindly ask the management to talk to the workers and asked be polite to people and kids no matter...

Let's start it this way. It could be a nice spot to meet an grab a coffee or beer but. You would need to feel welcomed which I did not feel at all today. It wasn't a best day for a lady working today, she had very bad mood and if I'm not from Slovakia I would think it was just her bad day but unfortunately it's the famous poor service which you can experience in this gate to the eastern European world. If you don't mind my pathetical complains, you'll probably enjoy this place which is open also on Sunday when places like these are...

EDIT: After a few more visits, the service has improved considerably, and I left satisfied every time.

Very nice café with modern minimalist ambience. I was not OK with their service, 40 minutes before closing time, they started sweeping the floor and cleaning the coffee machine. I asked for a chai latte and was informed that there would be no milk foam (which was fine), but the drink itself came...
