Today I visited the private spa - vitalness, I was welcomed by a very nice and professional service. They explained everything to me and showed me. The vitalness premises are beautiful, clean, cozy, with a pleasant smell, music and lighting. Disposable slippers, a towel, a sheet and a bathrobe are waiting for you. I also had water with ice, lemon and mint waiting for me. You have a sauna, of course a large shower, red light therapy and hydrogen therapy. Both therapies are beneficial to your health and also the sauna. The therapies are also very pleasant. |I also visited the restaurant in the hotel for lunch, the restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. Most of the tables are on a raised platform with large windows so you feel very comfortable there. The service is very nice, prompt and professional. The food was brought very quickly. The soup was decent, especially the food, a large portion and deliciously prepared ribs with sweet potato fries + dessert which was delicious, both sweet and slightly sour, both warm and cold. Today, my wife and I treated ourselves to a perfect relaxing day at Vitalness, and we were impressed from the very beginning. The entire space is beautifully designed – modern yet cozy – and it’s clear that great attention was paid to every detail. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we truly appreciated the friendly and professional staff who explained everything to us upon arrival.||A big bonus was the excellent parking – we had no trouble finding a spot right in front of the entrance, and there’s even private parking on the side exclusively for guests, which we found very convenient.||We tried the red light therapy, infrared sauna, and hydrogen therapy – and it was incredibly rejuvenating for both body and mind.||Afterwards, we headed to their restaurant Oliva, and all I can say is – what an experience! Every dish we had was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was fantastic as well. The kind and attentive service made the whole visit even more enjoyable. This definitely won’t be our last time here – we’ll be happy to come...

Disaster - they lie and waste time of customer instead of admitting that they are overbooked. I was with wife and infant and they canceled my reservation in the day of arrival and proposed worse hotel which we could not accept! I asked for keeping reservation but they told that it is because of my debit card which does not work so I tried to retry with other card and even I did one more reservation there but they were still saying that they can not process my card. True was that there were no funds in the day of reservation then I noticed that they tried to take money so fast and I transferred there needed amount(it was few days before arrival). In the day of arrival everything was ok with my cards but instead of admitting that they are overbooked they lied to me and wasted my time. After exchange few emails they proposed as...
