Builders Express Walmer — Local services in Eastern Cape

Update: Bought a Ego water tank online (1-06-21) at an excellent price. Must mention the online app is user friendly and I enjoyed browsing their site. That is where the good stopped. Getting into the branch we had to wait a long time for the yard staff to respond to help desk pleas for assistance. Eventually when we got to the yard we found the products was in a terrible condition. The offer they offered was " take it or leave it". Then they proceeded to push it on the tar road from way back in their too our vechile. It was just horrifying to see the damaged they inflicted to bottom of the water tank plastic. Must down grade their stars I just want to warn client's to think twice when purchase online without seeing the actual product.

The place is big, packed with thousands of goods on their shelves. The problem was that nobody working there knew how to check for a product that I saw Builders sold online. I was looking for silicone grease and asked 2 people working there. They asked me is it not in the paint section. I said not silicone sealer but grease, they said no they dont know of anything like that. I asked is there no way they could look up the product and check if they have instore. Was told theres no system in place to check for anything. Like I said thousands of goods on their shelves no way to check for a specific product. They must not do any stock taking...

Visited the store yesterday. Walked in and there was no one to assist on the floor. Poor security had to go and look for someone to assist me whilst the cashiers just sat there staring at me! I walked to the counter and asked them is there no one working here because it looks like a ghost town? I got a rude HUH response! I then said call the manager and I'll raise it with him/her because you don't even have basic manners! This poor soul of a manager never pitched and I said to myself...yes that explains it all!!! Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!! Do not give these fools your money! Wish that shop can close! What a waste of time. Bloody...
