I don’t understand why you would let a group of taxi hooligans to dictate customer experience of your mall. I’ve been through multiple times have had the convenience of using any transport service I like taken away from me (including today) and your management team never seems to do anything about it. It’s like you guys know exactly what’s happening but you simply do not care and you know what I think it’s quite sad that you take advantage of fact that people won’t stop coming to the mall.
If I prefer to use Uber/Bolt and your company policy doesn’t support them or something like that to the point that you’re happy with putting people’s lives in danger, kindly communicate this and clearly put out your stance.
