Steers Maponya Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Steers@Maponya-Not-if-You-Hungry. I bought there yesterday on 27-12-2022. 3 Things which turns one off from EVER buying there again. The stores' location, being next to the mall's toilet, while you standing there and waiting for your food, that stench from the toilets smell is so aweful that it will spoil your appetite.

The person taking your order just DECIDED the chicken flavour for me and, the time I realised (10 mins later, they said that I could not change it)

When I got my order, my drink was left out. I realised it after checking, luckily I was just next door at Debonairs, when I went back to ask for it, the guy just said "eish! Asked" so unremorsfully.

And lastly the chips that came with the meal was not nice like steers chips usually is. Sort of like they re-used the oil.

Good thing I took a takeaway because I don't think me and my family would have finished the meal there with a stink toilet smell coming from the passage.

I am appalled by the level of service I recieved after raising a safety issue with the restaurant. I ordered food on Uber eats and it was delivered on time however, the food was rotten and had dead maggots. As you may already know when chicken goes bad it can be poisonous. I reported this on Uber eats and the restaurant with the intention to return the whole order, after calling for hours on end I spoke to someone (whose name I will not disclose because of the POPIA) he assured me that he will resolve this and send a driver to collect the food and send alternative meals with the same value (R289). This person hung up on me at some point and after calling back they informed me that they would give me a call back, I still haven't recieved the call back and this food is still here... smelling. I am not going to let this slide. I would like a full refund and an apology from the restaurant. I also need them to take this food to see what they expected me and my family to eat.
