Panarottis Maponya Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Great reception and ambiance, I had lunch there yesterday and I was introduced to specials of the day and that’s what we ordered. In our waiter’s spill he asked us about our choices of fillings without mentioning that we will be paying extra. We didn’t mind paying extra but he needs to be careful on his sales skills especially when selling a special and wanting to up sell at the same time. He needs to be clear on what the special entails.

The staff has this bad habit of bringing out the wrong order just so the bill can be a little higher than it is supposed to be. especially when it comes to alcohol beverages.

I just arrived home from this restaurant and I am not happy at all. We ordered a pizza in-store for takeaway and received the worst service. We waited over 20 minutes for our order and then when we queried why the pizza was taking that long one of the staff members disregarded us and just said "Orders here take 15-20mins" when we've already been waiting longer than that.
