Burger King Maponya Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Today we paid burger king Maponya Mall a visit, We bought food sat down to eat, we later took our kid to play area to play . one of the team members, a service leader to be specific decided to throw away our food, mind u we left food, drinks & a bag at the table to show that there are people when we asked him nicely why did he throw away our food, his response was " how should I know there are people in this table, cause all I saw was rubbing"... A whole service leader... I he could have just asked who was at the table instead of taking a decision of throwing our food away. I ordered medium meal double cheese lover cmb for R196.90. I was not happy about the meal they didn't include onion rings and the burger was place in a white box written with a black cocky pen.The lady who was giving out orders was not customer friendly and she didn't even bother to give me a soft drink until I asked for it while busy talking with other staff members and giving out other orders. The was no enough tray fir seat in. Food prepaid for online orders must not be push down to walk- in If not served. I had bad experience and whoever prepare fast food for customers must take their job serious they mustn't take advantage of blacks customers because at Fourways mall burger King they provide excellent customer service with...

The service at this branch is so horrible. Zero sense of urgency in helping customers. I had to wait over 5 mins at the till, watching the staff talk to each other and have a great laugh, I even had to call out and ask for assistance so I could order my food. The lady calling out the order numbers was also quite rude when issuing the order, no acknowledgement or even a smile when serving.
