Even though there is no argument that the pizzas are tasty and cooked in a traditional fashion, I'm a strong believer that not all things should be done as they've been done in the past, example: When a person walks into your shop asking to take a photo of your establishment for Google, consider what impact this might have (in a good way) before becoming offensive and replying with "I've been in this country longer than you and I know what you're doing" and asking the person to leave your store. If you treat people badly, they won't tell their friends to visit and support you, they won't rate you well, they won't want to support your franchise in other areas etc etc. What's really the saddest is that I've had good service from the same person running this store before, it would seem that you need to spend money here before you're treated well, which is not a good thing for any business. Please try to adapt with the changing times and see the value of reviewers, they do make a difference at the end...

Placed a big order for a tertiary institution's senate meeting. The day of the delivery (today) I was informed by the manager/owner I placed it late. We did not get the food hours late, however, the nerve to be called a liar stating I placed it 40 min before delivery. The lady I placed the order with two days prior, confirmed via mail that I did indeed placed it two days prior, however, management there needs to learn how to talk to clients. I suggested paying via EFT, however, I was first asked to pay via card. It is just curious that the same time and day I was asked to rather pay EFT, was the same time and day the owner said the order was placed. Food was good, did not wait hours, however, to outright call a customer a liar and turning the tables against a customer, that is serious PR and internal...

Absolutely will NoT recommend this place!! Very unprofessional place!!!!!

Ordered 2 Subs via delivery both were smelling off when we called the store the lady had the audacity to say we should eat the food their frozen bacon will not be foul, maybe if we said its the sauce she would have believed us!

Few minutes later I took the food back to the restaurant where the “manager” didn’t want to smell the food or taste and refused to give us fresh food after we complained and the admitted the sauce came from Panarottis in the same block.

The so called manager said because our food is not that expensive (were more than R350) they are not even being given money from Mr D for our order, so now what Pizza Perfect are you guys “giving food...
