Wish i could not rate at all... anyway this is my experience at Steers Queenswood

I aproached the store with a hope of getting a juicy burger.. upon arriving i had a misunderstanding with the waitress/staff which the manager a tall rude white guy ordered me to leave his shop coz i was (abusing) his staff i bought my burger and collected it a few minutes when i asked for my reprint of the slip the manager was called and literally threw the slip in my face..

I made a complaint against the manager with the headoffice minutes later i was confronted by the manager accompanied by 2 other men at my workplace.. alleging that I had reported them with the headoffice and i had abused their stuff I want to know if you aproach and confront all your complaining customers.. I will not stop until I get a formal and verbal apology from the manager for this...

Ordered food for delivery an hour and 40 minutes ago. No news. Drove to Steers, was greeted unenthusiastically by staff only to be hold the driver was "on his way" and had "just left" to deliver my food. I chat with a gentleman who confirms my order and that a driver was on the way. Drove back home and still no driver or food in sight. Have phoned multiple times only for the call to be dropped after 2.5 minutes. Terrible communication, poor customer service and still no food to eat.

I understand load shedding having an effect on production and delivery but communication would have been great. I don't think that is too much to ask for.

EDIT: Food has arrived. 1 hour and 50 minutes after ordering. No chips in sight. Promise that chips will arrive once the power is back...

I thought I would give them a try but so disappointed. There is no service what so ever. Placed order 35 min later still no progress. Found out that they didn’t have order number. 10 min later still no progress. Went again to query and after lot of talk I asked for a refund. The lady took my slip and about 3 min later returned with I think the manager who refunded me. Drove to Stormvoël Steers and 8 min later I was eating my meal.

Queenswood have no clue what they were doing. Every box was opened and looked at to see what it was. preference was given to certain people who were called forward and order number asked and immediately started there order. Within seconds they were helped and out. Looked like last come first served
