I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a purchase of pork bao buns from your store yesterday, 19 November. After consuming the buns, I began experiencing severe itching on my arms and legs, followed by the development of a rash. I immediately called Milpark Emergency, and they advised me to come in. I was admitted and had to stay the night on a drip, finally being discharged this morning at 4 a.m.

This incident has caused me financially and significant distress and inconvenience, and I am deeply concerned about the quality and safety of the food products sold at your store. I request that you urgently investigate the source of this contamination and take the necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I would also appreciate compensation for the medical expenses incurred as a result of this incident and any further steps you can take to address this situation.

I am usually a huge fan of Woolworths' products and business philosophy but my experience yesterday has tarnished this view somewhat. The daily special was for Easy to Cook roasts and a well-positioned fridge was stocked with promotional signs to this effect. However, other roast products, not on promotion, were stacked in the middle of all the other correct products on promotion. In addition, other Easy to Cook roasts were not on the promotion stand but in another fridge aisle further away. This is misleading advertising! Check your till slips because it would have been so easy to put one of these non-promotional roasts into one's trolley and never know the difference unless one checked the discount or lack thereof...

I ordered the Falooda Float @ the Cafe, however I was extremely disappointed. It tasted very watered down. I informed the waitress that it tasted more like water than milk. She then informed me the rose syrup was made in store using rose water ,beetroot and brown sugar. What? I informed her that Falooda was made with rose syrup and not rose water. She Insisted that you are making a correct rose syrup recipe . She did not even known that there is an actual rose syrup and was very surprised to be informed otherwise. This drink was really tasteless... Looks pretty.. Tastes terrible. Your menu description says rose syrup yet you use something else... I don't understand. Extremely...
