Definitely will not be back.

My son who is 3 had fun but the customer service was terrible. It's like no one wanted us there.

(Our off day is during the week so we are used to quiet playparks and actually prefer it that way. The other playparks, although quiet always greet us in a friendly welcoming way and make sure we know how everything works)

We got to the closed gate and had to call before someone opened the gate for us to drive in. We get to the front desk and lady 1 asks us if it was our first time here, we said it was and then she informs us that she doesn't work there but someone around the corner would help us. We get to the till and are given a number and lady 1 tells us we will run a tab and then pay entrance and food at the end. We ask about pricing and lady 1 calls lady 2 from the kitchen. Lady 2 comes from the kitchen and without a word or a smile puts a piece of paper with pricing in front of us and goes back to cooking in the kitchen, the place is completely empty so I assume she is cooking for the staff?

Lady 1 who doesn't work there was actually more friendly than the actual staff. We sit down and my son goes to play with my husband watching him. No one comes to explain how anything works, how we order food/ drinks, rules or anything. I was hungry and definitely would have ordered food and drinks but we felt so unwelcome we didn't bother.

When we went to pay and the gentleman asks my husband if we enjoyed ourselves and my husband told him that it was our first time and no one explained how anything works. He then tells my husband that we should come on the weekend when it's busier.... We work most weekends. No matter how busy or quiet, you should make a customer feel welcome for...

We recently attended a 4 year old's birthday party at the Wild Wild West Kids Play Park in Strand and my 3 year old really enjoyed herself. The play park is located in a warehouse within the industrial area and is easy to find. The parking area inside is very small so you will most likely have to park in the street, however they do have a security guard who keeps watch. There is a massive "jungle gym" style play-area inside with various different elements to keep the kids entertained. They also have several areas dedicated for kids parties where the kids can sit and eat, and there are also snacks, soft drinks and hot drinks available for the adults. As I mentioned, the kids really enjoyed themselves however I do think the play-area is suited more for kids 5 years and older. The reason being is there are a number of "hazards" throughout which is an issue with younger kids, and I rarely saw child-minders who should actually be there to ensure the safety of the kids. Overall this is still a good option for older kids to blow...

I visited this place with my 5 grandkids aged 6 to 13yrs on 28 Sep 2024. Overall it is a fun place for kids. The lighting is terrible and one even struggle to recognise your child amongst the other kids. My 10 yr old daughter ripped her sock on the slide because of a protruding nail. I reported it to one of the staff members who non chalantly said that she will call someone to check. After half an hour when I was about to leave no one has approached me and I requested to speak to the manager. The one lady said he is not there and the other one said he should be at the back. He eventually appeared and I showed him the protruding nail/screw. We found more protruding nails/screws and he said that he has to see to it. No apology, no talk of perhaps compensation for the socks. This place needs a serious health and...

Serious Safety Concerns My family and I are visiting from England and we had a concerning experience at Wild West Kids Play Park in Strand. Up to this point he was having fun and were all enjoying the afternoon. However, my son then got his foot caught on a nail sticking up from a ramp while sliding down. Thankfully, it wasn’t worse, but he was hurt and very upset. The staff didn’t check on us until after we had stopped the bleeding and plastered his foot ourselves. When we informed them, they bandaged his foot and gave him two chocolates, but we were still charged full price and received no compensation for his damaged clothing. I strongly recommend they improve their safety checks and staff responsiveness.
