We rented our equipment and hired a teacher from this place, and the service from start to finish was great. Firstly, Mariela was very helpful over email in coordinating the dates and booking us in with an English speaking teacher. We got a 10% discount on equipment rental because we hired a teacher with them - and the service provided by Jaume was excellent. He was super friendly and helpful, took his time with making sure we got the right sized boots, etc. A really nice guy. And then the teacher! Júlia was INCREDIBLE. She is warm, friendly, patient and kind. If you have the chance to request her when booking a teacher, do not hesitate. It was my first time skiing and my husbands second time, and I was very nervous. But Júlia was just amazing. She taught my husband loads, but managed to give me personalised teaching the whole time. She literally held my hand for so much of it and caught me whenever I was going to fall. But she was also a fast teacher, by the end of my second day she helped me do some blue slopes! When we come back, we will only rent from this equipment rental and definitely will ask to learn from Júlia again!!! Five stars for Mariela, Jaume, and...

I don't know about the school service, but the rent service was very bad, and not because the staff was rude or anything, but because there was zero coordination between them. Examples:

You need to be aware of what you have asked them to rent, because they will charge you and if you don't remind them to get you the stuff you just payed for they won't do it for you. (I had to return because I realized they never gave me the gloves)

Also, I had to return (again) because the gloves they gave me were from different pairs (I didn't even noticed after I was already far away because it never occurred to me it could happen) and also the blizzards (big winter glasses) were broken. They trade both of those back for no broken/same pair versions but...

We took ski lessons as relatively beginners with Nil. We had a fantastic time and learned a lot in a very short period of time. I explained to him that my son is autistic and how to respond to him and he understood it well and was able to connect very easily with my son who loved the sessions. If we had questions he explained the physics of how the body needs to move and it helped us improve. We felt he was there for us and made learning and skiing a very comfortable process while introducing new elements as he saw fit. Nil has a very good energy and I highly recommend him. We have already booked further sessions with him and will continue to do so. Thanks Nil...
