My wife and I had dinner at Es Foc, and it was hands down one of the best meals we’ve had — anywhere. I ordered the T-bone steak, and it was nothing short of perfection: incredibly juicy, packed with flavour, and the fat was beautifully crispy. They even served it with a hot plate, so you could keep it warm or cook certain bites a little more to your liking — such a great touch.

The ambience was spot on — a calm, elegant setting with the sun going down in the background made for a perfect sunset dinner. The service was warm and professional without being overbearing. It felt both relaxed and refined.

Wir waren heute Abend aufgrund der guten Bewertungen in dem Steakhouse und haben einmal den Burger und einmal das Filet, jeweils mit Ofenkartoffel gegessen. Nachvollziehen kann ich die Bewertungen allerdings überhaupt nicht. Qualitativ ist das Essen nicht der Hit. Der Burger war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Das Fleisch auf dem Burger war eher geschmacksneutral. Es war überhaupt nicht gewürzt und hatte auch keine besonderen Röstaromen. Die Qualität von meinem Filet war eher so mittelmäßig. Viel erstaunlicher fand ich aber die Zubereitung. In meinen Augen kaufe ich mir bei einem Steakhouse nicht nur Fleisch, sondern auch die Expertise, dieses sehr gut zuzubereiten. Das Fleisch wird einmal auf einen 0815 Gasgrill gelegt und von außen angegrillt. Dann bekommt man einen heißen Stein und darf alles weitere selbst machen. Das ist ungefähr so, als würde man sein Filet zuhause auf dem Grill verkacken und dann in Scheiben schneiden und nach grillen. Die Ofenkartoffeln waren keine Ofenkartoffeln sondern nur halbe gekochte Kartoffeln, welche auf dem Grill nochmal erhitzt wurden. Der Service war sehr nett und bemüht, aber wenn man öfter gutes Fleisch isst, wird man hier definitiv enttäuscht. Am Ende haben wir noch einen Cocktail getrunken (Pina Colada), das war leider der schlechteste den ich bisher getrunken habe… und dann mit knapp 12€ auch relativ teuer.
