VIVA BEACH — Restaurant in Calvià

Food was really good. HOWEVER, the service was terribly slow (over an hour before we got any of our order). Waitress kept forgetting things and none of our food came out at the same time🤦.... (side dishes came out before the mains and then started going cold. Kids didn't receive their food until 15 minutes after the adults). We had only ordered steaks and schnitzels (not complicated or time consuming to cook). Restaurant was only half full... so there was no excuse!! We were not the only ones to receive poor service tonight. There were other people complaining about the length...

A beautifully looking restaurant from the outside. My choice was based on the 4.7 Google rating – I really don’t know where that came from. Everything was fine until I asked where the toilet was. At first, I thought it might be in the kitchen, but no – you have to pass by the kitchen and go downstairs. While going down, I saw a staff member carrying plates towards the toilet. I thought to myself: is he really going to wash the dishes in the toilet? It turned out that right next to the toilet there was a dishwashing room. Ok, I continue to the toilet – a disaster, I had never seen a worse one. It stank, and right next to it the employee was washing dishes.
