Atmosphere was ice cold the entire ride! At my arrival nobody even say hi, the owner was sitting and smoking a sigaret just looking at me. A woman (named Kamelia) which apparently is riding often there was absolutely antipathetic and criticising me and another rider together with the owner in Spanish, thinking I could not understand. Very unprofessional. 2 hours ride trough incredibli ripid, full of rocks and no sense paths which were just putting pressure on the horses. There is no talking or any advice from no one (literally no word) . The owner rides very unprofesionally in front of everyone and randomly starts running with the horse (automatically all the horses start too) without telling anything or checking if everyone is ready. Horses are very skinny and dirty (you can count the ribs). After me asking if they always ride this way, the owner even made fun of me. At the end he tried to safe the situation asking if I want a picture and offered me water, but it was too late and I couldn’t wait to...
Read moreGreat place to get to only 10 minutes from Santa Ponsa town. Very catering they have drinks at the office. The nice lady at the office made us feel welcome. The man who takes us can’t really speak English but is very kind and tries to understand. The language barrier was not a problem as we had a lovely young girl with us who could translate. The horses seem to be well groomed and looked after. I have never been on a horse before and the horses are well behaved and calm. We went for a steady hack through the ranch, and stopped multiple times to take photos of us, to make sure we felt okay and for the horses to drink water. When we got back he offered us a beer :)) win win. I would recommend this place to anyone with all types of experience. To anyone that thought the man was miserable or unkind needs to get a grip. And the terrain was completely fine for the rider and the horses, if you think this is difficult or not for beginners maybe stick to the sun-beds or a...
Read moreAmazing experience, José was an amazing leader and made sure we were all okay and comfortable with the speed at which we were going. He was also very welcoming and friendly. The horses were extremely calm and the views were absolutely amazing. José pointed out the main views to make sure we got the best of our experience and gave very clear instructions! Although José couldn't speak large amounts of English, he always tried his best and even did hand actions to assist the riders further. The terrain was very safe and José made us feel welcome and i spoke to him in spanish and he was an extremely nice man. Maybe the people with a bad experience had a bigger part to play in why he acted that way. Rita was lovely and when we made tbe booking she was extremely catering! I would say its best to wear long trousers as there are some slightly slimmer pathways which may catch on your legs. Overall this was an amazinf experience for me and my family!! 10/10 ¡Muchos...
