Salera Shopping Mall — Local services in Castelló de la Plana

This short review is not for the people living in Castellon de la Plana, they know everything about it :) But this is for tourists and newcomers. In short, this is the regular hypermarket area at a smaller scale. A big-ish "food and everything" shop (in this case Alcampo, something similar to a smaller medium size Auchan/Carrefour/Cora/Albert/Kaufland), the important telecomunications shops (Vodafone, Orange, Movistar, probably others), some restaurants, some clothing shops, cinema, FNAC. "Over the street(s)" (a few minutes walk) and there are Decathlon, MediaMarkt and the Bauhaus/Baumax Spanish/home and garden improvement shop equivalent named Leroy Merlin. Positive? I'm very happy that it exists. Walking to it from the city center is very nice and you don't really need a car or public transport if you don't intend to buy big or heavy things. To be honest I find the walking side superb (too bad that some houses need a complete rebuild, but it is beautiful). As a conclusion: hypermarket area, interesting and useful shops (my favorites being Decathlon, Alcampo, FNAC, MediaMarkt - just thinking without trying too hard to remember), recommended with all my heart and always searching for surprise shops that didn't caught my attention the few times that I've been there. I recently visited the Salera Shopping Mall (Centre Comercial La Salera), and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience! One of the first things that stood out to me was the ample parking. It’s completely free and offers plenty of spaces, so you never have to worry about finding a spot, even on busy weekends.

Mi queja va sobre el personal de seguridad de la noche,he ido a repartir de noche y el trato es penoso,hasta la 1 no te dejan acceder a las tiendas,siendo el único que pone trabas,mis compañeros en todos les dejan en el momento cierra la tienda y tú pierdes la noche solo en ir ahí,además que la auxiliar que tienen para abrir y cerrar para estar cara al público está amargada y no puedes ni preguntar,deberían dejarla en un cuarto sin tratar con nadie o mandarla a su casa. Lo dicho,pedí el cambio de zona por no ir,no tienen miramiento por los choferes que tenemos que hacer más rutas y te tiras hay hasta las 2-3 y si llueve o hace mal tiempo te dejan fuera con la mercancia Deberían facilitar más las cosas en cuanto a horario y trato . MODIFICACION DE RESEÑA ANTERIOR.Como responsable logístico me es muy penoso dar explicaciones a un chofer que trabajan por ruta y reparto porque no paran de joderle la noche cuando va a descargar....ya que como indique aparte del horario ya indicado que no es normal,el acceso al muelle para descargar lo hacen según les interesa ya que si eres de su agrado entras a las 00:00 como todos,pero a una empresa en particular la joden hasta las 00:30 por lo que sea y afecta también a más trabajadores por entrar más tarde.Encima se han quejado de la tienda en cuestión y tienen la poca vergüenza en seguridad de decir que no pasa nada pero siguen haciendo lo mismo,todos entran al llegar menos uno,siguen dando por saco ,sin pensar en sus actos y lo qué acarrean con la gente que va detrás y que cobran por tiempo trabajado.Centro comercial moderno pero la política de seguridad Franquista y dictatorial. Penoso,acabarán pagándolo la tienda que no encontrará al final quien quiera...
