Patrick and Damien are very welcoming and entertaining hosts that speak several languages. Can recommend anyone to stop by!

Jerome is a passionate and enthusiastic host and winemaker! Our winery and cellar visit was well organized and very informative. The wines were fabulous and what a treat to sample straight from the barrel to compare with the finished product. We are so happy we have a car full of Sao del Coster wine to take home with us!

Jerome is a passionate and enthusiastic host and winemaker! Our winery and cellar visit was well organized and very informative. Excellent tasting experience with perfect light pairings! Patrick is a very gracious and interesting host along with being a talented wine maker. The experience of visiting small makers like this is very unique and you really get to see the passion it takes to make great wine at a scale where the craft is still very personal.

My wife and I are young in the world of wine but among a handful of wine regions we've visited, Priorat is our favorite region so far and this maker may well be our favorite as well. We would definitely...

Saó del Coster is a real gem of a winery in beautiful Priorat wine country. The setting is stunning and the wines were very tasty and interestingly different from one another (including an a really tasty albariño). In stark contrast to the clearly highly corporate vinters in the area, a visit to Saó del Coster is laid back, fun and full of insight. I hope you enjoy your visit there as...

We had a great morning at Sao Del Coster tasting Patrick's wines. The day before our visit we met Patrick, the owner, at the Tapas Restaurant on the main road. Patrick invited us to a wine tasting at his winery the next morning. We loved every minute of our time at Sao Del Coster and Patrick was nice enough to give us recommendations for other wineries and restaurants...
